The patient is a 40 year old woman who had indications for bilateral mastectomies. Her surgical oncologist determined that she did not require nipple removal as part of her mastectomy. As she had a B cup breast with little ptosis (droop), nipple sparing mastectomy with immediate expander placement was an appropriate risk. The patient is shown pre mastectomy then post exchange of expander for final silicone anatomically shaped implant. The patient did not blending of the implant borders with fat grafting.
