Face

While all surgery is stressful for the patient, facial operations are often the most anxiety provoking. Other body parts may be covered with clothing, but operations on the face are immediately evident. The healing process or a less than optimal outcome cannot be easily hidden.

Accordingly, the facial cosmetic surgery patient must be very motivated to have the procedure while the surgeon must be confident that he can deliver the expected result.

Dr. Wigod has experience in all the commonly performed operations and truly enjoys the challenges and rewards of operating on the face.

Before operating, Dr. Wigod examines the whole face to make an appropriate diagnosis. After, the upper, middle, and lower third of the face are analyzed, the findings are discussed with the patient, and an operative plan is formed.
