The patient is a woman in her late 40’s who had left lumpectomy and radiation therapy two years prior to presenting to my office for reconstruction. She had left fat grafting and tissue rearrangement to improve the lateral depression and volume loss and right mastopexy with superior fat grafting to better match the superior fullness of the radiated and contracted left breast .
