The patient is a woman who was dissatisfied with her profile. She had a chin augmentation with a Porex form stable implant secured with titanium screws. The incision is hidden beneath her chin and allowed tightening of her neck muscles to further improve her contour. This implant and approach is associated with the fewest post op problems.
