Breast Augmentation Ptotic (Sagging) Breasts

Case Details

The patient is a woman in her mid 30’s who was dissatisfied with her breast shape and lack of volume post pregnancy. She wanted to avoid the additional cost, scars, and risk associated with mastopexy or lift and would accept less than optimal nipple position. An Allergan Smooth Round Cohesive (gummi bear type) Extra Projection implant was narrow enough to make it through the narrow breast footprint while providing enough volume to fill and reshape the breast.
