38 year old female with ptotic breasts. 5’3″, 135 pounds, 34D bra pre-op. Wise pattern (inverted T) mastopexy with volume preservation.

The patient is a woman in her mid 30’s who was dissatisfied with her breast ptosis (droop) and asymmetry.  She has improvement with a circumvertical mastopexy.  An incision along the inframamammary fold was not required as her skin excess was mostly vertical and not horizontal.

The patient is a woman in her early 20’s who was dissatisfied with her breasts.  She had a mastopexy with volume reduction as requested.

The patient is a woman in her late 50’s who was dissatisfied with her breast shape and size.  She has improvement with a nipple grafting mastopexy with volume reduction.

The patient is a woman in her mid 40’s who had a large weight loss. She was dissatisfied with her breast size and shape and had a breast lift (mastopexy) with some reduction as well.

68 year old female who was dissatisfied with her breasts. She had mastopexy with volume reduction as requested.

32 year old female who was dissatisfied with her breasts. She had mastopexy with volume reduction as requested.

43 year old female with ptotic breasts. 5’4″, 138 pounds, 38A bra pre-op. Peri-areolar pattern (around the nipple only) mastopexy with volume preservation.

The patient is a woman who was dissatisfied with her post partum body.  She has improvement with a mastopexy and the addition of Galatea absorbable mesh as an internal bra to limit descent of the lift with aging.  She also has a mini abdominoplasty with flank liposuction.

The patient is a young woman who was dissatisfied with her post partum breasts and body.  She has improvement with mastopexy and abdominoplasty with flank liposuction.
