The patient is a woman in her early 50’s who had prior full facelift without submental (under chin ) incision by another surgeon four years prior to presentation for further improvement.  She had brow lift with chin implant and limited neck tightening via submental incision.

The patient is a woman in her mid 70’s who was dissatisfied with her lower face aging as well as brow aging complicated by trauma and significant scarring from an accident.  She has improvement with a lower facelift / neck lift and chin implant as well as a modified brow
