The patient is a woman in her mid 70’s who was dissatisfied with her lower face aging as well as brow aging complicated by trauma and significant scarring from an accident. She has improvement with a lower facelift / neck lift and chin implant as well as a modified brow lift using a mid forehead incision to revise the irregular scar. Note how the new scar blends in with pre-existing forehead wrinkles.
