The patient is a woman who had breast augmentation and then exchange for a larger size elsewhere.  She presented because she was dissatisfied with the contour deformity on the left lateral breast.  We discussed that she would require capsulectomy (removal of orange peel like scar tissue) to allow the implant

The patient was dissatisfied with her loose neck and jowls.  She benefited from facelift including platysmaplasty via a submental (under the chin) incision.
