Case Details
The patient is a woman in her mid 50’s who had breast augmentation with 330 cc saline implants 13 years ago by Dr. Wigod. She was satisfied with her aesthetic result, but no longer wanted to be as large. She accepted the change in volume and superior fullness lost with implant removal and desired as much shaping and symmetry as possible with concurrent mastopexy.
