Case Details
The patient is 38 year old woman who had breast augmentation 15 years prior to presentation that was complicated by poor initial implant position then contracture (build up of scar tissue around the implant). She has revision with capsulectomy and Allergan SCM 405 cc silicone implants. The cohesive (more firm) implant hold the breast shape and better resists the skin contraction forces.
