Case Details
The patient is a woman in her 50’s who had a left saline implant deflation with ptosis (droop) of the breast off the right implant secondary to aging. The right breast implant was deflated 2 weeks prior to operation ( not pictured) to encourage a more symmetric skin envelope. She had revision breast augmentation with exchange for larger silicone implants. Note the improved upper slope of the breast as well as more even spread of the breast over the implant.
