Breast Augmentation Revision

Case Details

The patient is a woman in her late 20’s who had operation elsewhere 4 years prior to presentation.  She was dissatisfied with her large size and implant mobility within the breast (note lateral position of the implant).  She had implant size reduction and capsular repair with SERI silk scaffold reinforcement (note improved superior fullness and lateral border definition).
