The patient is a woman who had an abdominoplasty performed elsewhere.  She was dissatisfied with the anterior abdominal closure as well as back fullness.  She had revision of her abdominoplasty and modified back lift to directly excise her fullness.  Scars are early and improved nicely as they matured.

35 year old female with 2 previous pregnancies dissatisfied with her abdomen and flanks. 5’4″, 135 pounds. Mini-Abdominoplasty with abdominal and bilateral flank liposuction.

The  patient is a woman in her mid 40’s who had predominantly lower abdomen laxity and tissue excess. She had mini abdominoplasty where the umbilicus was released – or floated – from behind. Thus, there is no scar around the umbilicus. This approach only works if there is little excess

The patient is a woman in her mid 30’s who had relatively little redundant skin below her belly button and inaccessible adipose tissue deep to her muscles.  She was best served with mini-abdominoplasty to avoid scar around her umbilicus, keep the scar low, and tighten the abdominal wall.  She also

The patient is a woman in her mid 30’s who was dissatisfied with her breasts and body after pregnancy.  As she was young and healthy, if was safe and appropriate to perform outpatient  abdominoplasty with flank liposuction and breast augmentation with a moderately cohesive full profile 415 cc silicone implant.
