The patient is a woman who was dissatisfied with her post partum abdomen.  She had modest skin excess and most of her abdominal laxity was below her umbilicus.  Without making an incision around the umbilicus (therefore a “mini”), she had repair of her abdominal diastasis (or parting laxity) and advancement and removal of redundant skin.

The patient is a woman in her early 30’s who was dissatisfied with her abdomen and flanks post pregnancy.  She has improvement with abdominoplasty and flank liposuction.  Extending the incision as far lateral as possible allows maximal flank contouring.  Liposuctioned fat was processed and used as fat graft for the patient’s breasts.

The patient is a woman in her early 40’s who was dissatisfied with her abdomen after pregnancy and desired a flatter profile and less stretchmarked skin. She has improvement with abdominoplasty.

The patient is a young woman who was dissatisfied with her after pregnancy abdomen.  She had improvement with minimal scar.

39 year old female with 4 previous pregnancies dissatisfied with her abdomen and flanks. 5’6″, 133 pounds. Abdominoplasty and bilateral flank liposuction.
