The patient had large weight loss surgery resulting in extra skin with poor elasticity.  In addition to commonly performed abdominoplasty with a transvers (horizontal) incision, the patient had a vertical incision added to address her vertical redundancy and a back incision added for lateral thigh and buttocks lifting.

The patient had a massive weight loss with skin redundancy.  She benefited from abdominoplasty with vertical excision.
