36 year old female with 4 previous pregnancies dissatisfied with her abdomen and flanks. 5’2″, 135 pounds. Mini-Abdominoplasty with abdominal and bilateral flank liposuction.

The patient is a woman in her mid 30’s who was dissatisfied with her breasts and body after pregnancy.  As she was young and healthy, if was safe and appropriate to perform outpatient  abdominoplasty with flank liposuction and breast augmentation with a moderately cohesive full profile 415 cc silicone implant.

The patient is a young woman who had previous closed rhinoplasty with septoplasty.  She is dissatisfied with her mid-vault collapse and poor projection as well as persistent breathing difficulty.  She had an open rhinoplasty using banked cartilage for support grafting.

The patient is a woman in her early 40’s who was dissatisfied with her post partum breasts and abdomen. She has improvement with concurrent breast augmentation and mini abdominoplasty.

36 year old female with dense breasts. 5’6″, 136 pounds, 36B bra pre-op.  360 cc fill moderate profile implant, inframammary, submuscular.

The patient is a woman who was dissatisfied with her post partum body.  She has improvement with a mastopexy and the addition of Galatea absorbable mesh as an internal bra to limit descent of the lift with aging.  She also has a mini abdominoplasty with flank liposuction.

The patient had an aged and tired look around her eyes, contributed by redundant eyelid skin and brow droop or ptosis.  She had improvement with brow lift and blepharoplasty.

The patient is a woman in her 60’s who had septorhinoplasty greater than 20 years ago with nasal side wall / internal airway collapse.   She also had scarring from filler injection elsewhere.  She was unable to breathe through her nose.  She presents for secondary rhinoplasty using cadaver cartilage to re-establish

The patient is a woman in her early 60’s who desired improvement of her brow droop and shape.  She is improved with a browlift using a well hidden incision along the anterior hairline.  She has concurrent fat grafting to her cheeks, and marionette lines.
