36 year old female with dense breasts. 5’6″, 136 pounds, 36B bra pre-op.  360 cc fill moderate profile implant, inframammary, submuscular.

The patient is a woman who was dissatisfied with her post partum body.  She has improvement with a mastopexy and the addition of Galatea absorbable mesh as an internal bra to limit descent of the lift with aging.  She also has a mini abdominoplasty with flank liposuction.

The patient had facial aging as well as skin redundancy from massive weight loss.  She benefited from facelift and browlift.

The patient is a woman in her 60’s who had septorhinoplasty greater than 20 years ago with nasal side wall / internal airway collapse.   She also had scarring from filler injection elsewhere.  She was unable to breathe through her nose.  She presents for secondary rhinoplasty using cadaver cartilage to re-establish

The patient had an aged and tired look around her eyes, contributed by redundant eyelid skin and brow droop or ptosis.  She had improvement with brow lift and blepharoplasty.

The patient is a woman in her 50’s who had long standing bilateral right greater than left difficulty breathing.  CT scan showed an adequate airway.  After observation, the patient demonstrated dynamic collapse of the external nasal valve.  In non-doctor talk, when she took a deep breath, her nostrils collapsed.  Via
