The patient is a woman in her mid 60’s who was dissatisfied with her neck aging.  She has improvement to her neck as well as some jowl improvement with a lower facelift / neck lift using limited anterior incision and a chin implant.

35 year old female with 2 previous pregnancies dissatisfied with her abdomen and flanks. 5’4″, 135 pounds. Mini-Abdominoplasty with abdominal and bilateral flank liposuction.

The patient is a woman in her late 30’s who wanted more breast size and superior fullness.  With her wide chest, she is best served with a moderate profile 445 cc silicone implant.

41 years old, 6’0”, 150 lb, pre op 36A bra size – Implant: 354cc moderate profile

28 years old, 5’4”, 129 lb, pre op 34B bra size – Implant: 390cc moderate profile

The patient is a woman in her early 50’s who had breast augmentation with 500 cc low cohesive silicone implants in the above muscle position by another surgeon approximately 1.5 years prior to presentation for revision.  She was dissatisfied with her asymmetry and discomfort from right side high grade contracture. 

The  patient is a woman in her mid 40’s who had predominantly lower abdomen laxity and tissue excess. She had mini abdominoplasty where the umbilicus was released – or floated – from behind. Thus, there is no scar around the umbilicus. This approach only works if there is little excess

37 year old female with dense breasts. 5’5″, 115 pounds, 34A bra pre-op.  380 cc fill high profile implant, inframammary, submuscular.

36 years old, 5’5”, 153 lb, pre op 34A bra size – Implant: 390cc moderate profile

The patient is a woman who was dissatisfied with her post partum abdomen.  She had modest skin excess and most of her abdominal laxity was below her umbilicus.  Without making an incision around the umbilicus (therefore a “mini”), she had repair of her abdominal diastasis (or parting laxity) and advancement
