Case Details
The patient is a woman who had a large weight loss surgery. She has excess skin with loss of elasticity. She has a Fleur de Lis Abdominoplasty (T shaped closure) to remove vertical as well as horizontal excess skin. This approach is challenging to design and execute and may have healing problems, but helps define the waist and is particularly useful for large weight loss patients.
