The patient is a woman in her 50’s who had significant inferior drop out of her breast implants. After initial presentation, she had spontaneous deflation of on of the saline implants and had in office deflation of the other implant to allow tissue rebound and maximize symmetry. She then had implant replacement with inferior mastopexy and additional mesh positioned as a demi cup bra for support.
