Case Details
The patient is a 53 year old woman who initially presented for breast cancer reconstruction. During one of her breast surgeries, she had concurrent abdominoplasty with flank liposuction. This approach can provide tissue for nipple reconstruction and fat grafting if needed at the same time as well as lower anesthesia and operating room costs.
