The patient is a woman in her late 40’s who was dissatisfied with her breast size and shape. In the first stage, she had mastopexy with some reduction of inferior and lateral tissue. Approximately 1 year later, she added a full profile implant 520 cc for more firmness and superior filling.
The patient had a limited incision mastopexy to improve her shape and reduce her droop. She then presented five years later with breast volume loss and desired increased size and superior fullness with silicone gel implant augmentation.
The patient is a woman in her mid 40’s who presented for revision of her bilateral augmentation with unilateral mastopexy. She had capsulectomy with exchange for Allergan smooth round extra full cohesive 450 cc implants and left circumvertical mastopexy.
