The patient is a woman who dislike her nasal hump and pinched tip shape as well as her early neck aging.  Her relatively small chin exacerbated both of these concerns.  She has improvement with a closed rhinoplasty, removal of nasal piercing tract, chin implant, and submental platysmal tightening (limited neck lift).
