Rhinoplasty – Open

Case Details

The patient is a young woman who was dissatisfied with her dorsal hump and deviated nose.  She also had bilateral difficulty breathing through her nose.  She had improvement with open rhinoplasty, septoplasty, spreader grafts, and turbinate reduction.
