Breast Augmentation – Ptotic (Sagging) Breasts

Case ID: 6732

Individual results may vary.

Case Details

The patient is a woman in her early 40’s who was dissatisfied with her breast volume loss.  The degree of ptosis did not concern her and she wanted to avoid a mastopexy.  Using an adequately large implant and with release and suturing of the pectoralis muscle at the nipple level, she had good redistribution of her skin over the implant with minimal ptosis of the breast off the implant.
