Breast Augmentation – Dense Breasts

Case Details

The patient is a woman in her mid 20’s who was dissatisfied with her breast shape and size.  She desired augmentation and to avoid scars from a mastopexy.  She had augmentation with an Allergan SCF silicone implant. This implant is as firm as a shaped implant, but is round.  This combination allows the surgeon to reshape the breast more effectively than a softer implant and still have a rounded upper pole which many patients prefer.
