39 year old female with 3 previous pregnancies dissatisfied with her abdomen and flanks. 5’9″, 187 pounds. Abdominoplasty and bilateral flank liposuction.

34 year old female with 85 pound weight loss post gastric bypass dissatisfied with her abdomen. 5’3″, 135 pounds. Abdominoplasty.

The patient is a woman who was dissatisfied with her abdomen which she could not improve despite good diet and exercise habits.  Extra tissue removal and abdominal wall tightening with full abdominoplasty gave her the improvement she desired.

The patient had large weight loss surgery resulting in extra skin with poor elasticity.  In addition to commonly performed abdominoplasty with a transvers (horizontal) incision, the patient had a vertical incision added to address her vertical redundancy and a back incision added for lateral thigh and buttocks lifting.

The patient had massive weight loss skin excess treated with an abdominoplasty (including vertical excision) and lateral thigh lift.

The patient is a woman in her mid 30’s who was dissatisfied with her breasts and body after pregnancy.  As she was young and healthy, if was safe and appropriate to perform outpatient  abdominoplasty with flank liposuction and breast augmentation with a moderately cohesive full profile 415 cc silicone implant.
