Talented Nurse Dena designed and produced the Wigod Plastic Surgery Coat of Arms (see the photo of the month). There is no truth to the rumor that this is tattooed on my chest (or anywhere else, for that matter). Notice the OR ready cleanable plastic covering allows the banner to be used as a window shade for afternoon cases. The only other addition might be an office motto (we can figure out how to translate it into Latin later). We considered “go big and go home”, but this only works for some breast surgeries and no nose surgeries that I can recall.
