Rhinoplasty – Revision with Banked Cartilage

The patient is a young woman who had previous closed rhinoplasty with septoplasty.  She is dissatisfied with her mid-vault collapse and poor projection as well as persistent breathing difficulty.  She had an open rhinoplasty using banked cartilage for support grafting.

The patient is a young woman who desired a reduced nasal hump, less projection, improved tip shape, and more tip rotation with supratip break.  She has a septorhinoplasty with improved airway.

The patient is a woman in her late 20’s who was dissatisfied with her nose appearance as well as difficulty breathing from each nostril.  Specifically, she desired improvement with her dorsal hump, tip shape, and tip asymmetry.  She had open rhinoplasty and septoplasty with cartilage grafts to support the nasal structure and airway.

The patient is a young man who disliked his nose appearance and had trouble breathing.  He has improvement with an open rhinoplasty.

Rhinoplasty – Open with Functional Airway

The patient is a woman in her early 40’s who had difficulty breathing secondary and also disliked her dorsal hump and tip depression  and deviation.  She had improvement with spreader grafts, septoplasty, and turbinate reduction under her insurance with additional aesthetic improvement to the dorsum and tip outside of insurance.

Rhinoplasty – Open with Functional Airway

The patient is a young woman who works as a model.  She is dissatisfied with her nasal dorsum hump, deviation to the left, and difficulty breathing.  She has improvement with a septorhinoplasty.
