The patient is a man in his 40’s who was dissatisfied primarily with his profile. He had improvement with a closed rhinoplasty and chin implant augmentation. Closed rhinoplasty addresses the dorsum while disturbing the tip a minimally as possible. The chin implant balances a nose that is appropriae size for the patient’s face. In men, it is particularly important to avoid an operated upon look.
