The patient is a woman in her late 40’s who had indications for bilateral mastectomies. As he had a relatively small breast and no nipple or large skin involvement, she was a good candidate for nipple sparing and immediate expander placement. After expansion, she went on to implant exchange with a form stable silicone device.
