Case of the Month – May 2022 – Breast Augmentation Revision with Total Capsulectomy

The patient is a woman in her early 60’s who had high grade firm, painful contractures around her saline implants.  She had bilateral capsulectomies (scar removal) and replacement with cohesive full profile silicone 485 cc implants.
