The patient is a woman in her mid 20’s who was dissatisfied with her breast shape and size. She desired augmentation and to avoid scars with mastopexy. She had augmentation with an Allergan SCF silicone implant. This implant is as firm as a shaped implant, but is round. This combination allows the surgeon to reshape the breast more effectively than a softer implant and still have a rounded upper pole which many patients prefer.
