The patient is a man in his late 60’s who has stage IV gynecomastia post large weight loss surgery. He has gynecomastia reduction with an inframammary fold incision and nipple grafting. The incision line is extended laterally and curved up towards the axilla (armpit) to maximize chest flattening.
