The patient is a woman in her mid 60’s who was dissatisfied with her brow aging and mid face volume loss. She had coronal brow lift with mid face fat grafting including into the chin. Another option would be to add a chin implant. Note the improvements in brow position and at the lid / cheek junction, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and chin symmetry and projection.
