The first patient presented had indications for mastectomy and was a good candidate for immediate breast reconstruction secondary to her narrow chest and B cup breast size. Pre operative markings are shown as well as immediate post op photo and final result approximately 5 months later.
The second patient presented also had indications for mastecomies and immediate breast reconstruction. She had no peri operative problems, but was counseled that she would be at relatively higher risk for complications secondary to her wider chest and larger breast size.
