The patient is a woman in her 30’s who presented for abdominoplasty and flank liposuction. She desired more breast fullness, but did not want an implant nor scars of mastopexy. Therefore, she had fat from her flank liposuction refined and several hundred milliliters injected into each breast as a fat graft. Fat injected into the breast has about a 50% take. It should be considered as a way to modestly increase volume and superior fullness. It can also be added around an implant. It does not replace a breast implant for large improvement.
