The patient is a woman in her 40’s who had over 30 years ago had a complicated breast surgery history ultimately requiring bilateral mastectomies and reconstruction. Since that time, she had a series of unsuccessful revision operations. She had completion mastectomies, capsulectomies to remove old silicone implants, and reconstruction with latissimus flaps with later exchanged for form stable implants and nipple reconstruction.
