The patient is a woman in her mid 30’s who had relatively little redundant skin below her belly button and inaccessible adipose tissue deep to her muscles. She was best served with mini-abdominoplasty to avoid scar around her umbilicus, keep the scar low, and tighten the abdominal wall. She also had flank liposuction to improve her waist.
