The patient is a woman in her 40’s who had initial breast reconstruction post mastectomy with expanders and implants performed by another surgeon. She then had nipple areolar reconstruction and implant exchange performed by me 8 years ago. She presented more recently with descent of her round implant on the left and relative fullness on the right. She had implant pocket tailoring – capsulectomy – and exchange for Allergan 410 cohesive shaped implants. Note the improved gentle slope on the right and the greater fullness on the left.
