Payment Policy

We are very happy to have you as a patient. We strive to exceed your expectations for service and results. Aesthetic Surgery, however, is elective and requires us to commit valuable resources to your care. Accordingly, full payment must be made at least one week in advance of your scheduled surgery. A written quote is given for the typically expected Surgeon fee and is valid for six months. Hospital, OR, Anesthesia, Pathology fees and unexpected costs are not included. These costs are not under our control, but every effort is made to keep them to a minimum. If you desire, you will be provided a non-binding estimate of the likely total costs for your operation.

Refund Policy

If you must cancel your surgery at least one day prior to its scheduled date, you will receive a full refund. One exception is the cost of materials (i.e. injectable products, implantable devices) that have been especially ordered for your procedure which cannot be returned. These costs will not be refunded. If you cancel the day of surgery, the cost of any materials and services used in preparation for your procedure will be deducted from your refund. The cost of materials and services used for your treatment will not be refunded after the surgery has been completed.

Revision Policy

Our goal is to make sure that you are satisfied with your surgery. If you require revision of your recommended surgery to achieve a result that is considered acceptable to a reasonable surgeon and patient, it will be provided without a surgeon’s fee. If more than minimal materials are required (i.e. implants, anesthetic and O.R. fees), you will be expected to pay for them. If you choose a treatment option not recommended as best by the surgeon, you will be responsible for all revision fees. If you have complications requiring hospital admission or treatment, you will be responsible for those charges. Health insurance will not cover these costs. If you would like additional related surgeries to improve on an acceptable outcome, the fee may be full or reduced at the discretion of the surgeon.

Remember that above all, we want you to have a great experience and for you to recommend us to your friends. Accordingly, we will use our judgment to make sure you are treated reasonably and fairly. As we only want the best for you, we hope you will give us the same courtesy in return.
