Case Details
The patient is a woman in her 30’s who had breast augmentation elsewhere. She presented with right saline implant deflation and dissatisfaction with symmastia and too large implant size for her peference. Note how the implants touch in the center. This is due to overdissection of the pectoralis muscle on the sternal border such that the implants break through and touch each other under the skin. She has capsular repair reinforced with SERI silk scaffolding and exchange for silicone implants.
