Case Details
The patient is a woman in her late 20’s who had breast augmentation with another surgeon 10 years prior. She wanted improved shape and increased size. She is 5’6″ tall and 115#. She had exchange for a round silicone implant Allergan SRF 415 cc. Implant capsule releases were towards the middle to improve cleavage as well as central to improve breast shape over the implant. Note the poorly healed previous peri areolar incision from prior surgery versus well healed and hidden inflammatory fold incision post op.
