Case Details
The patient is a woman in her mid 40’s who had predominantly lower abdomen laxity and tissue excess. She had mini abdominoplasty where the umbilicus was released – or floated – from behind. Thus, there is no scar around the umbilicus. This approach only works if there is little excess skin above the umbilicus. The patient also had flank liposuction.
