Case of the Month - February 2010 - Rhinoplasty and Chin Implant
The patient is a man in his forties who was dissatisfied with his profile. He was treated with a closed rhinoplasty (no open incisions so quicker recovery time) as he liked his nasal tip. The nose was then balanced with a Porex (bone like) chin implant placed via an incision hidden in the chin cleft.
